Upcoming Summer DBT Groups
As many summer camps and programs have been canceled for this summer, many teens are worried about how extended family time will impact their social connection, their autonomy and their outlets for fun and relaxation. Teens are sharing with us that they feel trapped, limited, and without enough effective coping strategy outlets.
The online DBT Skills Group format allows participants an opportunity to connect and relate with peers, feel the comfort of seeing familiar faces and learn DBT Skills.
Without in-person interactions and typical routines, young adults can feel isolated and alone. It may be difficult for them to keep up techniques learned in therapy.
This DBT group is a place for young adults to relate to others with similar experiences and to learn practical skills for managing emotions, relationships, and self-care. Working with each client's therapist, we will help young adults stay on track as they learn to tolerate difficult emotions in a safe, supportive space.
Could your child use an escape this summer? The Skills Masters group might just be the perfect place for them. This group is an online role-play game/social and coping skills drama group that helps participants master social and problem-solving skills.
Skills Masters group is fun, collaborative, and imaginative. Group members create their own characters and solve mysteries together, all while learning skills for coping with emotions and managing relationships with others. There's a new mystery to solve and new skills to learn every week!

Many of our clients find that unsettling times like these can make eating disorders even more difficult to deal with. The added stress, unpredictability, and fear makes it challenging to stick to the path towards recovery.
This online group offers a combination of meal support and therapeutic process, so that clients can gain valuable feedback from therapists and peers in a nurturing, non-judgmental space. By learning to identify urges and apply coping strategies, participants are better-equipped to tolerate the challenges that come with eating disorders.
