Her practice is trauma-informed, client-centered, present-focused, and strengths-based. Erica's goal is to foster connection and curiosity, and to empower individuals to tap into their skills and resilience to facilitate their desired changes. Together, she aims to create a safe, transparent, and collaborative environment with her clients, where their whole person can feel seen, heard, accepted, and validated, in order to not just heal, but thrive.
