Our team of highly trained Licensed Therapists values your privacy and confidentiality and it is our JOB to create the safest, most therapeutic environment possible so that you or your child can learn and GROW!

Enrolling in a group can be uncertain or scary. Many people tell us that they are wary of groups because they are afraid that it won't be confidential (people in group will talk) or that their child will learn new unhealthy behaviors or will have to listen to other people's negative experiences. WE GET IT!

And we can tell you this - our experience is that people, especially children and teens, are used to being in groups. They value their time with peers and feel connected and learn better in that setting!
