Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adolescents, teens, and families, both individually and in groups. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island, and her Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University - New Brunswick. While at Rutgers, she also completed her certificate in Promoting Child and Adolescent Well-Being.

Nicole has clinical experience at all levels of care and specializes in working with clients who are struggling with borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and psychosis. Nicole takes pride in supporting children, teens, young adults, and families.

She utilizes various techniques to help empower her clients, including a Strengths-Based Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, anxiety reduction methods, and promoting self-worth. She specifically focuses on a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to aid clients in managing anxiety and depression.

Nicole values creating a safe space for her clients to work through their everyday issues. She strives to build positive rapport and to develop nurturing, empathetic relationships that allow her clients to feel comfortable expressing themselves.
